Founder and President
Jack Lyons founded Lyons Solutions, LLC in 1984 and has sold more than 90 middle market businesses including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, staffing, consulting, marketing, and professional service companies in over 25 states. He is particularly adept at helping companies increase their profitability and market value. Jack has extensive experience dealing with buyers and investors.
Prior to establishing Lyons Solutions, he was a chief financial officer for a medical technology company, a financial and marketing executive at Digital Equipment Corporation, and spent three years in plant operations at Welch Foods, Inc.
Jack has a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Bryant University. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences regarding M&A, Exit Planning, and Business Valuation. Jack is a member of the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, and TechServe Alliance. He an industry partner and former board participant of the NY Metro Chapter of the New York Staffing Association.

Bill Quish, CEPA
Senior Managing Director
Bill Quish has more than 30 years of M&A experience and has developed expertise in originating, structuring, negotiating and managing complex transactions. His clients have included companies in manufacturing, business services, software, staffing, marketing and communication, e-commerce, healthcare, wealth management, real estate, telecom, insurance agencies, mortgage brokers, travel, leasing and food service.
Prior to joining Lyons Solutions in 2005, Bill was a Managing Director at Suffield Financial Group and President of Quish & Associates, both merger and acquisition consulting firms. Before moving to mergers and acquisitions, he served as CFO and COO for two companies, was an executive at Hartford Financial Group, and practiced as a CPA at both Coopers & Lybrand and Peat Marwick.
Bill has a BS in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2012, Bill established the MergerMaven website and blog, which are dedicated to helping business owners of middle market companies learn how to prepare for a successful sale or merger of their business.
