Founder and President
Jack Lyons founded Lyons Solutions, LLC in 1984 and has sold more than 90 middle market businesses including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, staffing, consulting, marketing, and professional service companies in over 25 states. He is particularly adept at helping companies increase their profitability and market value. Jack has extensive experience dealing with buyers and investors.
Prior to establishing Lyons Solutions, he was a chief financial officer for a medical technology company, a financial and marketing executive at Digital Equipment Corporation, and spent three years in plant operations at Welch Foods, Inc.
Jack has a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Bryant University. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences regarding M&A, Exit Planning, and Business Valuation. Jack is a member of the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, and TechServe Alliance. He an industry partner and former board participant of the NY Metro Chapter of the New York Staffing Association.
